| So, back when Overwatch was extremely hyped and the pre-order was released, I purchased it for the usual benefits of unique items in-game and unlocks. Sure I was stoked to play Tracer in HotS, but I was equally happy to have Mercy's wings ingame as a replacement to spending $200 for a CE of D3 for the Tyrael/Imperius/Angel wings. My excitement grew as I saw the 2.4 2gig patch, knowing I'd be getting my wings. I run over to the wardrobe mirror annnnnndd.....no wings. Curious as to why they weren't there, I did some google research. .......ARE YOU KIDDING ME BLIZZARD?!?!?! You released the wings on consoles FOR FREE and completely screwed over your paying customers by not only breaking the uniqueness of the item and pre-order, but you then went a step further to not even give them to your PC customers?!?!?! The hell is wrong with you?! If this is the route you want to take, then you need to also release the Angelic Wings, Legion Wings, Wings of the Betrayer, and whatever other Pre-Order or CE wings you've decided to include beforehand. I know this sounds like some BS whining , but given the situation, fair is fair. You can't just screw over 1 customer base and not the rest. | ||
