So I looked over the internet and couldn't find anything. My AMD Radeon R9 200 series video driver keeps crashing when I play Diablo 3. I'll be able to play it, the game will freeze for about 2 seconds then resume due to my video failing and rebooting. I've tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it. If I upgrade the driver to the next level Crimson 16.5.1 it will cause the game its self to crash so let us focus on one problem here. When ever I play the game freezes then resumes after about 2 seconds. The freezing happens constantly but never a consistent period of time before each freeze. Any advise? |

HappyLlama, Let's also get a little more detailed information about your video card. Here's how: 1. Download and install the GPU-z program. 2. Launch GPU-Z and let it run for about 5 minutes before starting up the game. 3. Leave GPU-Z running and run the game for about 10 minutes. 4. Close the game. 5. Click on GPU-Z's "Graphics Card" tab. 6. Click on the Camera icon located on the top right corner. 7. Click on the "Upload to a free image hosting" button. 8. Copy and paste the first link into your next forum reply. 9. Repeat steps 6 through 9 for the "Sensors" tab. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Monday through Friday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Customer Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |
