I suppose its possible the frame is pre-order only, but I have nothing to back that up. But obviously they are giving them out, as seen in the screenshots above. To clarify, you do not need to pre-purchase to acquire the portrait frame. Both the portrait frame and Mercy wings are digital perks for purchasing the Overwatch: Origins Edition. For more information on how to redeem these items, I recommend checking out the FAQ here. However, digitally pre-purchasing does give you immediate access to both! | ||
