Greetings Heroes!

With the release of the first major update to Patch 2.4.0 on the Public Test Realm, we’ve made some rather extensive changes to how Greater Rift and Nephalem Rift levels are generated. We wanted to take a moment to create a space specifically intended for you to report Rift-related issues that you encounter to us.

Here is the specific information we are looking for in a Legendary Item bug report:

  • A detailed description of the issue encountered, preferably with numbered steps to help us reproduce what you observed.

  • What rift level "tileset" did you encounter the issue on (screenshots of the level or levels is best!)?

  • Any other pertinent information you can think to include. Rift-related issues can be complex due to the random nature of the feature, so please feel free to be very detailed!
