| I attempted to run the PTR and it said I needed to run the scan and repair option. After scan and repair completes i go to run the PTR and once again it tells me to run scan and repair. | ||

| There is a known issue with the Mac client that prevents the PTR from launching at this time. Please see this thread for more details. | ||
