The Ruins of Sescheron is not included in patch 2.1.2, but (as westweasel pointed out) will be included in a future patch as a full-fledged area for players to explore in Act 3 of Adventure Mode. You can read more about it in this blog post.
One thing you may notice in patch 2.1.2 is a set of improvements to how maps are generated in Rifts and Greater Rifts (mentioned in the patch notes here, fourth bullet point down). You should see more varied and unpredictable layouts, and fewer dead ends. Let us know if that's not the case, though! |
