Here is my situation:
I turn on my laptop. I7 with SSD so all is good and fast and perfect.
I open Battle.net. Opens up quick and all the little windows, etc pop up nicely.
I click Play. D3 logo pops up in middle of my screen and before long D3 opens in all its glory.
Now it says ''connecting to server'' - ''connected'', ''authenticating credentials''- ''authenticated'' and then comes the fun part - ''retrieving hero list'' -............................. either I get an error report 3005 or whatever or ''retrieved'' appears about a minute after waiting and then I get sent straight to my character selection screen where I get told try again and then no matter how much I try I can't get past that screen into the actual game.

Now DON"T tell me this is a connection problem from my side, because my internet connection is 100%. I've gotten this same problem on Thursday and when it finally stopped I could play without incidence, until now that is.

Please get back to me in a timely fashion so I can start to play this game again, and don't give me these pre-composed BS that you usually just copy and paste.

I have only recently started playing again after months of being to busy with real life to play and would really like to get back on track, specially since I hear some talk of a possible second expansion. But I sure as Hell difficulty wont buy another blizzard product if this is the service I can expect and I'm sure I am not the only one who is fed up with these server problems.

POSTING HERE BECAUSE IM NOT GETTING A RESPONSE AND AM P!SSED OFF THAT IVE WASTED MY MONEY TIME ON THIS F"N GAME!!!
