Ok so I try to log in today and it asks me for a authencator, now I took that off my account over a year ago so after failing to enter one it locks me out of my account. I log onto my 2nd account and get a hold of support and he tells me there is no authencator on my account.... no kidding well why is it asking me for one then? Then he resets my Password for the wrong account and I cant get into that email anymore so there goes my 2nd account also. Now he is telling me there is no authencator so just log in and I keep trying to explain to him that there is indeed one because its asking me for it while he swears up and down there isnt one.

Stormswa, if ever there's an issue with accessing an account you can always reach out to us via the options down near the bottom of the following support page. As MissCheetah stated, you do not have to be logged in to put in a ticket, (or live chat with us/ request a callback). When the appropriate option is selected there you will be given an option to continue without logging in. Although it's best to contact us from the account that you're having issues with, you should be able to have us address issues with another account that you can verify the information for.
