| I've just decided to play again after not playing for about a year. I logged in and was greeted by the Barbarian that I created and played before and a Wizard that I have never seen. She is 66% of the way to Paragon level 185 with 356 hours exactly played time and her name seems to be a string of random letters. I never created this Wizard and have certainly not played for 356 hours! I have an authenticator attached to my account so it's not like anyone else can even log in and play as me. Any idea where this character might have come from? | ||

It's not common for us to receive reports of compromises where an Authenticator was on the account, however we do get them from time to time.
