| Okay for one I tested on three different accounts while also using and not using Magic Find gear. Do not take this profile as my main for it is the one I use to post on forums. Harass me all you want over this post, I am posting my findings. Blizzard is lying about how they kept the 100% buff. On one of my accounts, I ran T1 with full Magic Find gear during the Anniversary Holiday and was averaging 7+ Leg's a Rift. This is the average of a 20+ Rift test. After on that same account, same character and same gear, I am averaging under 3 Leg's a Rift. Which is also the same amount I was getting before the Holiday Buff. Now on that same account under a different "Normal" character, meaning no magic find or other type of items like that, during the holiday event, I was getting on average at least 3 Leg's a Rift. Now that the event is over, on that same character, back to 2 tops a rift, if that. Actually did 6 rifts in a row where I didn't get anything at all. I would also like to point out that these Rifts also didn't drop Forgotten Souls off of Rift Bosses. I understand that they aren't guaranteed to drop, but during the Event, they were dropping guaranteed off of every boss and everyone is a witness to that. Also I would like to talk about Kadala. During the event, you were almost for sure going to get 1 Leg for every 50 or less Blood Shards you spent. Now you may argue and say that drop rate didn't effect that but in all actuality when the Event went away, I have been spending 200-300 Blood Shards just to get one set piece or one Leg. Now Blizzard, I expect some Blue to post in here, and clarify what actually you did, because from what I tested and what I see across my accounts and what my clan has stated you basically set it back to what it was before. tl;dr: Blizzard is bluffing about keeping the buff to keep people playing the game, but in reality its the same drop rate as it was before. | ||
