| I just noticed that I might have done something rather foolish, I had a wizard character that wasn't working too well so I decided to delete it to make space for a new one in the forthcoming season. Well, I don't know why or how, but it seems I had 16 slots cause I have 15 characters and, of course, I have no option to create a new one. Interesting, uh? | ||

| Thanks for taking the time to report this! No clue how it could of occurred but I would like to have our QA and Developers look into this. 15 is the current Max that an account should have. Moving this thread to the bug report forums to get eyes on it! :D | ||

| Verciretti, Actually, records show a level 70 Wizard "Monchita" was deleted 7/6/2016. They also show a Crusader "Akkhan", now level 70, being created 22 minutes later. The max number of characters you can have depending on which content you're licensed to have (Reaper of Souls Collectors Edition) is 15 which is where you're at now.
