| currently getting a grey or white screen whenever i start up. i can interact with everything and hear it, it seems, but can't see anything. going to try to get a service pack tomorrow, but for now my dxdiag is http://pastebin.com/9yYMnJPi

| brownie, If you at any time in the past added any older AMD/ATI driver files to your Diablo III game folder, please delete them now.
