lordtris1,

Please post your DXDIAG file (Not the MSInfo) so we can get more information about your computer.

Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG:

Obtaining System Files

Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply.

lordtris1,

I looked over the Error ID that you provided. Here's a few things to try:

1. You currently have your in-game sound channels set to High (128). Let's lower that to Low (32), and click on Accept.

2. Let's make sure that you are running on the newest sound driver for Windows 10.

Here's a link where that can be downloaded: Realtek Sound Driver

3. Let's also have you download the most recent AMD driver for your video card.

Let's try uninstalling the current video driver and reinstalling an older video driver to see if that helps. To uninstall the current driver, you are going to want to use a program called Display Driver Uninstaller. This program will ensure that all previous driver files are completely removed.

Here's a link where the Display Driver Uninstaller program can be downloaded.

Once you have that downloaded and installed, try the following steps:

1. Run Display Driver Uninstaller.
2. You will be asked if you want to reboot into safe mode, click on "No".
3. Select "AMD" from the "Select Graphic Driver" drop down menu.
4. Click on the "Clean and restart" button.

After the system restarts, the video driver should be completely uninstalled so the graphics should look larger than usual. That's normal and it'll fix itself when the video driver is reinstalled.

Now that the driver is gone, we can go ahead with reinstalling it.

Here's a link for the driver download: AMD Driver

When installing the driver, you should be given an option to do an "Express" install or a "Custom" install, I recommend selecting the "Custom" install. Once that is selected, uncheck everything possible except for the Graphics Driver and AMD Catalyst Control Center.

4. Have you tried the AMD Desolate Crash workaround posted here at any point in time?

5. Do you have any third party Diablo III mods that may be affecting the UI?
