So I've been using a Razer Naga 2012 for a few years now. Up until yesterday it was working fine, both in-game and for regular use. Yesterday, I upgraded from Windows 7 64x Ultimate Edition to Windows 10 Pro. All the drivers were updated and everything works great. However, when I go into D3, my mouse starts stuttering and lagging, moving slower and more sluggish than it should be. This only happens in-game. I have tried adjusting the sensitivity in the Razer Synapse program but it only affects the mouse outside the game. Has anyone experienced similar problems and is there a solution for this? I tried Google and the search engine in the Diablo 3 forums but have yet to find an answer.

Chikujin,

Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:

Click on Start
Click on Run
Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field)
Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here.

Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder.

You might try running the game in windowed mode to see if it's better but I'd try to get updated video drivers made for Windows 10 from either Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, or Nvidia.

Did you try windowed mode to see if it makes a difference?

Can you try uninstalling all of the Razer software you have running and just let the mouse be seen by Windows after rebooting the PC?
