| So I've been using a Razer Naga 2012 for a few years now. Up until yesterday it was working fine, both in-game and for regular use. Yesterday, I upgraded from Windows 7 64x Ultimate Edition to Windows 10 Pro. All the drivers were updated and everything works great. However, when I go into D3, my mouse starts stuttering and lagging, moving slower and more sluggish than it should be. This only happens in-game. I have tried adjusting the sensitivity in the Razer Synapse program but it only affects the mouse outside the game. Has anyone experienced similar problems and is there a solution for this? I tried Google and the search engine in the Diablo 3 forums but have yet to find an answer. | ||

| Chikujin, Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file?
