Ok, so I tried posting in another thread a few days back where someone had the same issue, but no response, so I am giving it a go at my own thread.
While ingame, I constantly get a black screen freeze, and after a second or so, the mouse cursor appears, and shortly thereafter the game appears again. I dare not go back to my HC character while this issue is unresolved. I have reformatted, reinstalled Windows 10 (x64) and only installed latest nVidia driver - without resolving the issue.
Note: tried to open a support ticket, but the website keeps failing on me also when submitting.
