| The game crashes and an error message says that: "The application encountered an unexpected error". It's the 5th time it happened, and I don't know what should I do. Any ideas? Kinda annoying, but it didn't happen in rifts or something, (yet). | ||

The application encountered an unexpected error Unfortunately this is a little too generic, the issue could be caused by many things. When did this start happening? Did you make any changes/updates to your system configuration around that time? Is there any discernible pattern to the behaviour (certain acts, classes etc.)? Could you post a DXDiag and MSinfo to see if there are any clues there? when trying to make a ticket, the support page has technical difficulties sinnes, if you're still having this issue, could you please try again but in a different Internet browser? Be sure to clear the browser's cache and cookies and disable any add-ons/extensions you may have installed. 906E5D8D-F24B-48CC-8692-FDE60AE24BBF Valen, this is an issue with the game and certain ATI graphics configurations (primarily ATI 7xxx series laptop chips).
