| So this happened over a year ago so not sure if it still happens just wanted to warn anyone who had the same problem i did. After clicking purchase diablo 3 with reaper of souls it kept saying error again and again, try it again 10 mins later and said the same thing. Long story short i bought Diablo 3 with reaper of souls back then it was £50 for both ($73), 26 times with my mothers card, let's just say the conversation when she found out was awkward.. So if it keeps coming up with Error after clicking purchase don't keep trying like me! | ||

| Hello Jordan, For online purchases, usually banks reserve the money straight away, taking it out your account. However, until the company (Blizzard in this case) confirms the purchase, they don't send the money away. In most cases of multiple purchases, only one (or even none) goes really through, so as the other tries are failed, the bank ends up putting the money back in your account after a period of time (depends on the bank, usually a few days). ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
