Hello, since the last update my game won't launch when i press play, it only shows the D3 Icon in the middle of the screen then it dissapear. In the task manager it says that my game is opened but nothing happens . Can you Help me ?

Please, restart your computer and try the following.

Delete the Battle.net Cache folder:
battle.net/support/article/6141

Delete the Battle.net Tools folder:
battle.net/support/article/6504

Repair the game:
battle.net/support/article/6572

Make sure both your operative system and drivers are up to date:
battle.net/support/article/200576

If the issue persists, please create a DxDiag file and paste the content on the thread:
battle.net/support/article/200581

Please use the Code Blocks function when including the contents of the file:

- Press the button pre on top of the space where you normally write your message.
- Paste the content of your file between the square brackets ][

Example:

It may be that the laptop isn't playing the game through the dedicated Nvidia card but is defaulting to the much less integrated Intel HD card.

Can you please make sure your power management and video settings within the Nvidia suite are set to max performance?

It may be worthwhile to uninstall and clean up your currently installed graphic drivers with a driver sweeper application and then reinstall with the most current driver package again. Please make sure your other system drivers are similarly up to date as much as possible.

Do you use the laptop screen or an external monitor? If external, does it show as a Generic PnP monitor or have you allowed Windows to recognise it as the right brand and type?

Can you also delete your D3Prefs file? It should be in your My Documents folder under Diablo III.
