| Hello, since the last update my game won't launch when i press play, it only shows the D3 Icon in the middle of the screen then it dissapear. In the task manager it says that my game is opened but nothing happens . Can you Help me ? | ||

| It may be that the laptop isn't playing the game through the dedicated Nvidia card but is defaulting to the much less integrated Intel HD card. | It may be worthwhile to uninstall and clean up your currently installed graphic drivers with a driver sweeper application and then reinstall with the most current driver package again. Please make sure your other system drivers are similarly up to date as much as possible. Do you use the laptop screen or an external monitor? If external, does it show as a Generic PnP monitor or have you allowed Windows to recognise it as the right brand and type? Can you also delete your D3Prefs file?
