| Hi Blizzard. Its seem to be a rather big issue within EU at the moment. Ingame: "There was a problem logging in (Code: 14001)" I know you want us to make a Tracert, i will insert that in the buttom on the thread. Perherps you should take a look at http://downdetector.com/status/battle-net/map/ and http://downdetector.com/status/battle-net, even though im quite sure you are aware of this issue.
