| After the the newest patch game become unplayable and just freezes after 10 minutes of play and only sound can be heard. Ctrl+alt+delete didn't worked, had to do full restart. My PC is AMD FX-8350, 16GB RAM, MSI GTX 980 4GB and SSD drive. There are posts in US forums already, so I'm not alone with this problem. | ||

| Hello all, I see some people is having this kind of issue, so let's first run some tests to discard the most common reasons for freezes. Repair the game: battle.net/support/article/6572 Make sure both your OS and drivers are fully up to date: battle.net/support/article/200576 Close background applications: battle.net/support/article/200483 Check the rest of the steps on this article, including the advanced, and follow them: battle.net/support/article/6300064 If the issue persists, please create a DxDiag file and paste the content on the thread: battle.net/support/article/200581 In order not to fill the thread with DxDiag text, please copy the result of your DxDiag, paste it on Pastebin and provide us with the resulting link. We would also need the following information: - What exactly happens to you? - Did this happen to you before 2.4 or is only happening since the update? - Is there any specific situation that triggers this? | KonXjr13, if you're using a 32bit operative system, please check the first part of my response. There's a related issue and if you have Windows 32bit then that's probably what's happening. | The particular issue with freezes and crashes for some players should have been resolved with last night's update, so I will be closing the thread.
