| Dear Diablo Support Team, My Kanai cube items were nearly complete but tonight most of them disappeared/lost. I relogged in with different heroes and the items are still missing. Is it possible to recover them without having to refarm all the items again? Many thanks. | ||

| An issue arose during the night which caused some players to lose their stored extractions. The developers quickly identified the cause and addressed it so that no further players will be impacted. At this time it is recommended that players who were impacted by this issue perform a self-service rollback to restore their Cube extractions here: https://battle.net/support/rollback/d3/.
