| Hello. I know this subject has been discussed many times, but i'm still confused about those rewards. I got my HotS account level to 12 yesterday. As far as i was informed i was going to get a pennant and portrait frame for my Diablo 3 account. I got a Hearthstone cardback at the moment of reaching level 12 in HotS. I though "Cool. I guess my Diablo 3 rewards need some time to unlock.". Sadly - no. After 24 hours, password change to force account "refresh" - still nothing. I made a game several times, checked my wardrobe, and i do not have "Through The Nexus" achievement unlocked. Is there something i can do about that or do i need to contact Customer Support? Thanks for the attention! | ||

| According to my records, the rewards have been activated on your account Khattias.
