A petition won't achieve anything and is also against the forum rules, so they will likely just lock/delete the thread I am afraid. You get two choices of battletags.. one when you create it for the first time and a further change if you made a mistake or poor choice, after that you are stuck with it and they have no plans to change it. Sorry. This is correct and I have locked the thread for this reason. Any changes you would like to see made to Battle.net or Diablo 3 should be discussed on the appropriate forum for said topic, in a constructive post. That means no petitions and making sure it abides by the Forums Code of Conduct.
