| For the past few weeks, every time I try to play this game's local co-op with a friend using a guest account on my PS4, the game crashes. Here are as many details as I can provide: -I have PS+, and a verified PSN/Battle.Net account -My friend does NOT have an account and simply uses a guest account on my PS4 -Whenever I play alone, the game works fine -Whenever the guest plays alone, the game works fine -Most often crash happens when we're trying to do rifts (more prevalent with Greater Rifts) and more often than not it's within seconds of finding a legendary item... I've lost at least 4 different legendary items because of this crash... -It occasionally happens when trying to do bounties which stops us from claiming Horadric caches... Any advice would be much obliged. I'm considering re-installing the game, but I don't know for sure if it will preserve my friend's guest character. I have PS+ so my progress should be stored on the cloud, right? | ||

| Hi RageSpy, I just want to confirm with you that you have downloaded all of the latest game updates for Diablo III: RoS? This issue should have been resolved in our most recent patch, so as long as you connect to PSN and download the patch this should no longer occur. | ||
