| I was told to post this here by someone in customer support after the following exchange. You guys are my last hope at saving my character and not having to restart from scratch. The Message to support: I recently upgraded from PS3 to Xbox One. On the ps3 I had the Ultimate Evil Edition and loved it so I purchased it again for the Xbox One. However, my character (lvl 62-63 wizard named Gadreel) did not copy over. Since I no longer have the ps3 I do not have access to try to export it again. Is there anyway this can be fixed for me? I have linked both my PSN and Xbox accounts to my Battle.net account. The Response #1 16 hours ago Vorrist Customer Service Representative This is gamemaster Vorrist. | As others have previously stated - if the save file was exported to the PSN cloud, then it would be possible to export the save from a PlayStation 3 that was running the game. Before the process was initiated - a player would first need to link their PSN and XBL account names to Battle.net. So long as OP had access to a PlayStation 3 where they could log into their PSN, they could download the Ultimate Evil Edition save file from the PSN cloud (provided they had access to that service). Then, with the game running, the save file could be then exported from the in-game menu options. Without access to a PS3 and the version of the game where you last made progress (in this case, UEE on PS3), exportation of the save file would not be possible.
