If you’re sure the ability wasn't already on cooldown you can report it as a bug in the bug report forum here: https://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/ You’ll need a Diablo 3 Hero in the US region to post here. If you don’t have one already you can make one by switching the game region to US from the Battle.net application and then launching the game. | ||
