I was having the same problem. But only on US server.
Now I can't conect with the server. Launcher shows error BNZBLTBNA000003E8 (1118).

| So during last couple days my problem started. Everythime ONLY when I'm playing Diablo 3 after couple minutes I get disconnected from BN server and then my connection disapear for like 5 seconds only. It's huge problem.. I dont have any antivirus/firewall is off. Running BN through administratror and I also tried connection on client through EU and US both. Also I'm using Cisco epc3208 modem, its not router so I cant really port forward anything and again it worked fine before. Tracing EU servers doesnt show any problems. I tried my other inet provider and works fine but I also tried my current primary inet provider on other pc and its again fine. So I'm confused totally. Again its happening only in Diablo 3 / BN (I dont have other games on bn curently). I have g45 z87 gaming motherboard with Killer E2200 ethernet card but I also tried even transforming that card in regular Qualcomm ATHEROS card since its possible, again no changes. Any suggestion ?

| Hi guys, There are a few things we can try to resolve this. To start with let’s try Closing Background Applications; these can cause issues with connections. If you don’t notice any improvement following this you can also check our support page for Network Cards. If you still experience this issue after following these steps I’d suggest you contact our Support Team and provide them with your MSInfo System Files so they can take a closer look at what may be causing this. | ||
