Dane Bright is Rare merchant in Adv mode spawning in Northern Highlands usually the four corners. He sells Legendary Plans and Legendary Set Plans for ur Blacksmith with an stock refresh every 15 mins. Did i mention is he really rare to spawn? Currently on PS4 we have a Message Room Going for people to help find him and post in the room if he's located. His spawn will stay as long as the host keeps the game up and doesnt migrate. on PSN Message Psykosis83 if u want to join the Message Room, the more people for this community the better our chances on finding him.
