Hey folks,

Keywardens:

RNG is RNG but 50% on keywardens is kinda broken...

Why ?

- They are located in the biggest maps in game (except act3)
- farming only 4 specific maps is extremely boring
- and 50% chance is LOL ended up doing 30 runs of act1 to get 6 keys....

Crafting a good HF amy with the right passive is already enough RNG, just up the dropchance to 100% in T6 plxor shift the 50% chance to organs and give us 100% chance for keys

Trials:

Trials is a bad game design just admit it, it's not about measuring your skill to see what grift lvl you can do...

Why ?
- You dont do trials solo if you wanna get on solo leaderboards
- you dont even do trials with the class you wanna progress
- its just a waste of time which we could invest to farm gear and grind some levels

How it should work ?
- Trials can stay
- Solo: You can choose from a drop down menu at Orek which one to enter -> max level = max. grift completed in time on that class + 1 (why +1?: cause you wanna progress obviously)
- Group: Do a trial - and then the same thing, if you complete i.e. GR50 with this group you dont have to do trials again, just choose 51 at orek

Don't think its that hard to implement those 2 things AND everyone would be happy, cause making a specific constellation of classes ONLY for farming high trial keys is pathetic...

Trials are being heavily analysed and we can expect changes as soon as they have something solid.

So, trial changes have been discussed for months in forums and many suggestions have been thrown to you.


Just in case people would like to see/hear for themselves what the developers said on the topic of trials during the latest Tavern Talk (around the 3:55 minute mark)

The trials system is a hot topic and it is definitely something the developers agree can be made better. There are no announcements to be made just yet though, but a lot of ideas are being explored (including some based on feedback from the community). Wyatt Cheng also mentions (around the 5:05 minute mark) that they are trying to emphasize personal progression and achievements more, an example of which being the new change in patch 2.2 where you can increase your Blood Shard cap through solo progression in Greater Rifts—and similarly, in the context of replacing the trial system, they look at the kind of solutions that involve unlocking difficulties (that are not totally outside your range) via some sort of mechanism.
