nother buddy just finished act V to unlock adventure mode and is lvl 59. He can set it to master but not torment. So - is it completion of the 'game'? Tied to levels? A bit of both? Unlocking the difficulty settings in UEE is a little different than any other version of Diablo, so I'll list how and when each difficulty unlocks to help clear it up. Good question!
