| I played a little vanilla pc. Got Monk up to 60. Starting fresh on console. What is best starting difficulty that is challenging, not impossible, and pays out well? And can you change it at anytime? | ||

I played a little vanilla pc. Got Monk up to 60. Starting fresh on console. What is best starting difficulty that is challenging, not impossible, and pays out well? And can you change it at anytime? You can change the difficulty in UEE at anytime. You can always adjust your difficulty one step while in game, or by several if you exit to the main menu. I also had a level 60 Monk, and felt pretty good at starting UEE on Expert difficulty. I should note that my Monk did not have particularly awesome gear, though. The monsters level up with your character, so don't be surprised if by level 67-69 you feel like turning it down a bit. That seems to be the time frame a lot of players begin to wind the difficulty down, and then pick it back up once they have some decent level 70 items. | ||
