I have Diablo 3 for a year and I decided to buy a code to upgrade it to RoS. I received a digital code so I go to battle net and try to redeem it. Don't know what happened but it shows me this message:
An error has occurred.
The code you entered cannot be claimed. Please check the code and try again. If you see this error again, please try again later, as the game or website may be undergoing maintenance.

I try It several times 100% sure that I insert the code right, than wait a couple of hours and still showing me the same message...

can someone please help me with that ?

Are you talking about this account here James? I see that this account already upgraded a while ago. If you're referring to another account, try inputting the code in a different Internet browser.

Please don't bump or post in someone else's thread with your separate problem, filiokey. You're welcome to create your own thread if the below doesn't solve it.

In your case I suspect you've used your key on another Battle.net account and simply forgot about it, which is quite common. You cannot reuse a key you've already registered, but our Support team can help find and retrieve the account provided it's registered on an account in your name :).
