Rosezz, The error 3007 message isn't an error in and of itself, it's just telling us your connection couldn't be maintained and was dropped. It doesn't tell us why nor does it really provide any clues so basic connection troubleshooting steps should be followed. The most common issue is due to a poor wireless connection so if you happen to be using wireless, we really want you to try using a wired connection instead, even if it's only temporary so we can see if it solves it or not. If it does, we can then go back to wireless and try to improve upon it using various methods. _________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos |

Hello all, We are not aware of any issue with the servers that cause disconnection. Let's run some troubleshooting steps, and I'll ask you for some information if the problem persists. Please, start by following these steps: battle.net/support/article/7500077 If you still get disconnections, please post the following information: - Country/City: - ISP: - Traceroute: battle.net/support/article/496 - Pathping: battle.net/support/article/718 It's important that you do the pathping and traceroute immediately after a disconnection. That way is more likely that the problem shows up in there. ____________________________________________________________ ¿Tienes algún comentario sobre mi atención? ¡Házmelo llegar! |

Hello Angelus, Are you still experiencing error 3007? If yes, have you already tried the steps advised here and in this support article? 7 15ms 1/ 100 = 1% 1/ 100 = 1% 84.116.136.2 0/ 100 = 0% | You have a packet loss here. :/ If the issue persists I advise you to contact your provider and indicate the IP address of the node, so they can have a look. I'll lock this thread, but please don't hesitate to open a new one should you require further assistance (make sure you explain what's going on and if you're experiencing an error message as well, please let us know). :) *** Guys, I'm locking this thread as it was opened several weeks ago and it can create a lot of confusion now. If you need help, please open a new thread, indicate the error message you're experiencing, make sure you follow the steps advised in our guides and provide your pathping and traceroute files. _________________________________________________________ Feedback?
