| HI Have the b-net widow open it says d3 is "Playing Now" but the game is not loaded... not sure why MS10 and just updated yesterday... not sure if that is why? | ||

| Hey Kauboy, If you find that the game is no longer loading after updating Windows 10 it may be due to an issue with the Xbox Game DVR. Try these steps to disable the Xbox Game DVR:
Should the above steps not work to get the game to show up again I would also recommend trying Selective Startup. | ||

I guess last patch turned Streaming back on...disable Streaming in Settings and reboot computer. I got back into the game doing this.... Thanks for the update Computercop! I'm glad to hear that disabling the Blizzard Streaming got you back in. For anyone that does not wish to stream, this would be another good step to try if the game is not loading after hitting the Play button. 1. In the Battle.net app and click on the Battle.net icon in the top left, then select Settings 2. Click on Streaming on the left 3. Uncheck the option for "Enable Streaming" 4. Click Done at the bottom then try launching the game again. | ||
