| I have encountered an error when i tried to click "PLAY" in order to start the game, an error message box pop up as follow: "The application encountered unexpected error" and the give Report ID is 1115E986-BFE5-4250-9713-1BC728CAE665 Please advise what kind of issue is it and how to fix it. | Howdy! Checking this error out it appears to be related to bzrclient.dll, the Battle.net streaming feature. Let's try to disable it. Goto the Battle.net Desktop app -> Click on the Battle.net Logo at the top left -> Drop down to "Settings" -> Streaming -> Uncheck: Enable Streaming. Done. Some other steps to take to help address this issue completely: - Make sure no conflicting streaming apps are running at the same time such as Xbox DVR or Nvidia Shadowplay. - Double check you have the latest drivers for your video card.
