| Hello Soboro and Stephanus, There are several things that could be causing Diablo III not to launch and run properly. May need to do a bit of troubleshooting to find the cause of this. Please try the steps below. If the trouble continues please post a DXdiag and Diablo III error logs. • Run the Diablo III repair tool. • Open the My Documents folder in Windows. In the My Documents folder there will be a Diablo III game folder. Delete the Diablo III folder. • To be on the safe side make sure Windows and the drivers in the computer are up to date. • Run the computer in a selective startup mode. | ||
