| I know posts like this get submitted quite a bit but I haven't seen a similar post that I could try to fix my issue. I updated all of my driver software, updated Windows and enabled Secondary logon or whatever it was. The error code is: BBD93BAD-D5EE-461D-A0F5-0DE6371D581D Thanks a bunch! | ||

| Hey Perolan3434! We have seen a few reports of this error popping up for a few different Blizzard games. It's possible you may just need to disable the XBox DVR on Windows. It was a part of a Windows update and gets turned on automatically. Disabling that has been resolving a lot of weird issues. Turn off Game DVR: 1. Open Start Menu. 2. Open Xbox App. You can also find it at the bottom of all apps. 3. Open Settings in Xbox App. 4. Click Game DVR. 5. Click the Slider to Disable Game DVR. It should be set to on as default. Let's try that and see how things go. | ||
