| So I have been all over these forums for the last two days attempting to solve this issue as the game is getting to the point of unplayability for me and that makes me sad. I have insured drivers were up to date, reduced start up items, posted a dxdiag file to one of the other threads that was reporting the same issue. I have done both of the fixes for the windows 10 anniv. update to no avail. The problem has been going on for the better part of the last two weeks. sometimes occuring once per day or 4-6 times a day. I attempted to get a support ticket when I couldn't find anything else that helped out. The funny thing is that I have been a Mac guy for the last twenty years but my MBP was having issues with lag playing the game (not to mention making my laptop extremely hot). So I went out and purchased a new desktop PC with a Gigabyte H-110 mobo, Nvidia GTX970, 16 GB ram, a new Asus 1080p gaming moniter and sweet peripherals from Razer both mouse and keyboard. I attempted to get a support ticket but the only option where the submit button was not greyed out was for phone support. The estiamte was 5-10 minutes and it has now been well beyond that. What do I need to try and am missing something for getting live chat or a plain old email support ticket going? | ||

| Greyback, Have you updated your video drivers?
