| Hi I am writing on behalf of a friend that is experiencing a high frequency of crashes. He has played since release and only recently started having this problem late into patch 2.4 near the end of the season. I picked up his computer and ran stress tests, updated drivers, scanned for errors, re-installed diablo 3 and he still has problems. Oddly enough when I played for a couple hours with his pc I was not able to reproduce the crashes. Is it possible that it has something to do with his internet? The game usually crashes to desktop but sometimes it hangs the whole pc and he has to do a hard reset. For what its worth, the crashes seem to happen when he is getting the kill streak bonus. | jayylmao, So it's not failing at your location but it does at his? I'd say yes, it could be his connection, or power source. That's about all that could be different. The error code you listed is not in our database so it must have not been sent.
