| Hi, I purchaed an RX480 8gb and now when I launch Diablo 3, all I get is either a black screen with a huge flashing arrow, or a grey screen with a static arrow. I've tried different drivers, changing and deleteing the d3prefs.txt file but to no avail. Can someone please help, would really love to continue playing Season 7. Thanks Crux | ||

| Crucifer, Can you post your D3Debug.txt file? It's located in the main Diablo III game folder. Also, if you ever placed two AMD .dll files into your game folder per instructions from someone in another thread, I'd remove them as while that was capable of fixing an earlier problem, it's now causing a new one. ______________________________________________________________ Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
