| roe buff seems to be applied only direct haunt cast on mobs already affected by haunt. neither dot damage or soul harvest set bonus benefit from roe ring buff. | ||

Jade is working fine with the ring. Maybe people are unaware of how the set works, mechanically. The DoT damage of both skills increases, you can watch it tick 4x higher than the two individual skills combined. Your Soul Harvest damage from the 6pc set simply takes that tick damage (the stack together when displayed) and runs it off 450 times (assuming you have Quetz on). It works just like everyone thought it would, and should. There is literally nothing wrong with the combination except for a misguided thread and players claiming "good job" because they read, but don't test. I read, said "wtf" and then went and tested. It's fine. Smooth sailing 85s this patch when I could barely get 87 on a good map/mob combo last patch doesn't happen without RoE working as intended. Thanks for doing the testing, ButteryNub. I really appreciate your work. :) Just to be absolutely certain, I shot this over immediately to our development team to do another review. Ring of Emptiness indeed working as it should be. Since this thread is highly misleading, I'm going to go ahead and lock it to avoid spreading additional misinformation. | ||
