| Hello, Yersteday, I lost connection with battlenet while playing the game, whem i logged on, new patch sounds to be installed, my heros just disapeared from the game in normal mode and hardcore. can you fix it? thank you... edited: if i check on profile it shows that i have 0% progression on demon hunter, barbare, amd wizard edited 2; gems, bank onglet and money dissapered aswell.... | ||

| Howdy! It appears you logged out of the US region and logged back into the EU region from what I see on your login history. EU/US?Asia do not share the same character data. Exit the game, above the play button change your REGION/ACCOUNT to Americas -> Hit play. Thank you! | ||
