| So My freind wants to try diablo and got the starter edition, after downloading it he starts it and creates his character, after trying to load in however he gets stuck in the loading screen and crashes, getting the standard windows "this program has crashed" message. We've tried all the fixes we found online including allowing the game to download to go to optimal, updating his drivers, running battle net as an admin, and reinstalling the game. None of them have worked. he's running it with a nvidia gtx760 and on windows 10 | ||

| Theisdarksta, Could you ask then to make a post here please so we can gather system information from them? I'll need to see his dxdiag report and D3Debug.txt file. He can generate the dxdiag report in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Press Windows Key + R. Type DxDiag and press Enter. In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information. Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save. (note where it's been saved so he can find it) Locate the Dxdiag.txt file just created and open it to copy and paste ALL of it's contents into his reply.
