Hello all,

There was a DDoS attack last night and some major ISP were performing maintenance last night. This may be related to that or something else. To help find out what is causing these disconnections for you all I would like you to try the steps below and if they do not resolve these disconnections replay back with the information listed below.

• Run the Diablo III repair tool.

• Delete these Battle.net files here and here.

• To be on the safe side make sure Windows and the drivers in the computer are up to date.

• Please power cycle the network equipment and flush the DNS.

1) Location
2) Internet Service Provider (ISP)
3) Post a DXdiag and WiNMTR.

DxDiag:
    1) Press Windows Key + R.
    2) Type DxDiag and press Enter.
    3) In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
    4)Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save.


WinMTR
-Download WinMTR - http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/
- Unzip the WinMTR.zip file to the Desktop.
- Open the WinMTR folder and select the one corresponds to your version of Windows (32 or 64 bit version).
- Run the WinMTR.exe
- Type the IP address you would use to run a trace route in the "Host" - https://battle.net/support/article/496
- Click on "Start"
- Run for 10 minutes then click on "Stop" in WinMTR
- Click on "Export text" and save to a text file.
- Copy and paste the contents of whole file here.

Paste the DXdiag and WinMTR into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the "pre" button (It says "Code Blocks" when you hover your mouse over it). That'll make the information much more readable.
