I have the game disk and entered the Authentication Code, and it now says upgrade available. When I click to upgrade the game so that I can play it gives me the Error Message "Error Code: BLZBNTBNA000003E8, BLZBNTBNA000007D0" I have followed all the troubleshooting steps and have had no luck, can someone please help? Thanks |

Howdy! I'd recommend to not use the Game Disk at all and remove the disks from the system completely. Uninstall any part of the game you have if any. Then installl the Battle.net Desktop app Here. Once installed login with your Battle.net account information. You will see the option to install Diablo III. If you continue to have any issues double check the following: - You have setup your anti-virus/firewall software to allow the Battle.net Desktop app to process freely or try to disable this protection software while the game installs. - Ensure your ports are forwarded correctly here.
