Apparently it isn't just me! Check your servers and fix please!
Have already cleared dns, no firewall problems, internet is perfectly fine--LOTRO, Riders of Icarus, and several other games work just perfect. It D3 having issues---aka error code 3007s all over the place, latency 1955ms, massive rubber banding.

Don't you dare tell me its my laptop or router issues. I think y'all need to clear your dns servers lol.

Hello all,

Please post a WinMTR. This will let us see how the connection looks like to the severs.

WinMTR
-Download WinMTR - http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/
- Unzip the WinMTR.zip file to the Desktop.
- Open the WinMTR folder and select the one corresponds to your version of Windows (32 or 64 bit version).
- Run the WinMTR.exe
- Type the IP address you would use to run a trace route in the "Host" - https://battle.net/support/article/496
- Click on "Start"
- Run for 10 minutes then click on "Stop" in WinMTR
- Click on "Export text" and save to a text file.
- Copy and paste the contents of whole file here.

Hello all,

We have been seeing the reports here and in the other forums from players in the Pacific Northwest with Comcast/Xfinity having connection issues. Thank you for posting the the WinMTRs these can help. I saw that one player was able to contact Comcast and they did say there is an issue that they are working. You may want to contact Comcast too so they know there is an issue in your part of the Northwest too.

Portland area as well. Called Comcast and got the "we are looking into it" response.

In the meantime, if anyone else has connection troubles in the Pacific Northwest and has Comcast/Xfinity please post with a WinMTR attached.
