| i have played diablo3 for couple of years, and i always save my password, including battle.net service, and i never log out. today, after i tried to login, i got the message 'login session expire' with some code. i'm really sorry, i didn't remember the code. after that, my save password function suddenly didn't work. i have to type my password each time i tried to open the game. but i can enter the game very well. also i tried to un-tick the save password option, then tick again. but i don't find it work i saw similar topics from a few years ago, but didn't find any luck. what happened now? thank you | ||

| Howdy! They may end up being a permissions issue but we can troubleshoot down to that! The first step I would recommend is to uninstall the Battle.net Desktop app and install it to a new location such as C:\Users\Public for Windows. The reinstall steps can be found Here. | ||
