| My authenticator suffered some damage and now I can only make out the first digit so I tried to remove the Authenticator from my account. When asked for the SMS protect number I assumed it was to verify not to actually text the number, and now I have sent a sensitive text to an unknown person as I have not actually had that cell number for quite some time. I realize it's going to take awhile to fix and prove I'm me, not a problem. While I'm waiting for this process to start is it possible to lock the account in case the person that received the text decides to take my account? EDIT - I had already opened Case Number: US55688914 hopefully this doesn't complicate things further. | ||
