| After I input my password, I get through the first 2 checks just fine, but the 3rd (loading heroes) doesn't complete. I'm just left hanging on the authentication screen. | ||

| Hello Ghotihook, There was some log in issues around the time you made this post. Those should all be resolved now. If you are still seeing the error please let us know. Also please replay back with a trace route and path ping. 1) Pathping 2) Trace Route Paste the path ping and trace route into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the "pre" button (It says "Code Blocks" when you hover your mouse over it). That'll make the information much more readable. | ||
