| The game was working fine in trial version. I purchased the game from with in the trial. After wards the game appears to be loading but a white error box popps up. I then purchased the Ugraded to the reaper but does the same thing | ||

| Marrvl, If you're using any apps that display an overlay on top of the game screen, try temporarily disabling or uninstalling them. For example, one that's commonly causing an issue right now is Discord.
